Frequently Asked Questions on carbarConnect

If you have multiple subscription cars under one account, you will be to view and manage all of your subscriptions in carbarConnect.
Only the primary account holder can view their cars in the app. Additional drivers will not have access.
Once you have signed up for a carbar account, you can sign in / log in on the website and the app using the same login credentials.
The first time you sign into the carbarConnect app, you can set up a PIN and/or use your phone's Touch ID or Face ID to access the app in the future.
If you have forgotten your PIN or password, you can always reset it.
Trip logging allows you to keep track of the trips taken in your subscription car. Once your trip is logged you can access it either by logging into your carbar account on carbar.com.au or on our companion app carbarConnect.
From there you can tag or categorise your trips and download them as a PDF or a CSV.
Our fuel offer is available for customers who have an active standard subscription service with carbar.
If you are a current subscriber, you can access the offer on the carbarConnect app on the App Store and Play Store.
