Recently bought a car from Frank at Carbar. We were limited with time and the car we wanted to look at had not been prepared for sale. Frank arranged for us to see it at short notice even though it had not been cleaned and prepped yet. We got to see the car as is. We took it for a drive and decided on it straight away. Frank was amazing. No question went unanswered. He was contactable at all times, even on his day off. He even stayed back for us to do a late pickup on a week night. I loved that Carbar Autos was not your typical car dealership. It was more relaxed, professional and they had a casual approach to sales. Absolutely one of the best ways to purchase a car if you're busy with work or family matters and cant find time to go out adventuring caryards for something. Testing the car for 3 days is unbelievable and they even deliver to your front door! Having found Carbar through a carsales post, I was a bit sceptical of their different and hands-off approach. However, after reading their FAQs, terms and conditions, about us etc on their website as well as seeing all the positive reviews online; my mindset quickly changed as I came to appreciate the no pressure/no conflict experience you rarely get at other dealers. The 3 day test drive allowed me time to see how the vehicle fits in with my daily life, as well as being able to conduct a thorough vehicle inspection without feeling pressured to move along by a dealer. Frank was a great help throughout, always readily available to take a call and discuss options further. Also going out of his way to organise a 3rd party vehicle inspection at short notice. Would highly recommend Carbar’s service to anyone.

Carbar worked out to be a great way for me to buy a car and the 3 day trial was a great way to go. I liked that the people I made contact with were helpful and were not trying to make a sale. I also liked the way that they were flexible to my needs. Great overall experience! I had done my research already and pretty much new what I wanted. When I found Carbar I didn't know what to think when I was ordering the car for a 3 day trial. After the trial I wanted a couple things sorted (which they were happy to do) so they picked it up, did what I had requested, and delivered the car back to me. The staff were all very friendly and the car is exactly what I wanted for a good price. Not much more you could ask for. As a note to anyone interested in using carbar... I was quite skeptical of the whole thing because I was worried it could be a scam. They were very good about easing my mind and everything worked out beautifully in the end.
