The Membership Fee will NOT be refunded if you cancel your SHIFT subscription, switch to another subscription plan or switch cars during your subscription period (see Carbar Subscription Agreement for further details).
iv ) Flexibility - You may cancel your CRUISE subscription or switch to another subscription plan at any time.
